This role is 22 hours over 4 days per week nominally during Monday to Friday.  The role will be predominantly office based in Leeds, with occasional hybrid working.

About the role

Purpose:

To provide proactive professional support to managers and staff, acting as the initial contact for HR advice and guidance, ensuring queries are dealt with accurately, efficiently and professionally. 

To be the first point of contact for managers and staff to provide professional advice and guidance in relation to recruitment and training and development queries

Requirements

  • Part or Full CIPD qualification or equivalent - Desirable
  • Working towards or completed a HR Apprenticeship - Desirable
  • Demonstrable relevant experience in a similar role - Essential
  • Experience of providing professional guidance and advice on ER matters inline with legislation and policy - Essential
  • Experience of providing professional guidance on all aspects of the employee life cycle - Essential
  • Previous experience of working within a HR team - Essential
  • High degree of competence in processing and recording data accurately - Essential
