Key information

We’re hiring a creative and technically skilled HTML Email Designer to join our growing team at Pharmacy2U. As we transition from Sailthru to Selligent and roll out our refreshed brand, we’re looking for someone who can bring our email communications to life. You’ll be responsible for designing and building responsive, visually engaging email templates that incorporate dynamic and personalised content.

About the role

What you’ll be doing?

  • Design and build mobile-responsive HTML email templates aligned with our brand identity and tone of voice
  • Create email assets (banners, icons, visuals) that enhance engagement and clarity
  • Work from briefs and copy to produce polished, high-performing email designs
  • Implement personalised and dynamic content using Sailthru and Selligent
  • Ensure that emails are designed to display correctly and function properly across all major email apps and devices
  • Collaborate with CRM, Content, and Marketing Teams to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Utilise the functionality within Selligent to build engaging content and customer journey
  • A team player and good communicator who can work across both CRM, Creative Teams and other departments

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • Strong HTML and CSS skills specifically for email design
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Experience with using email marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of Sailthru and Selligent platforms and Zephyr language (Email builders), MailChimp, Campaign Monitor (preferred but not essential)
  • Proficiency in creating GIFs and animated content using software such as Adobe After Effects
  • Experience working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines
  • A creative eye and a portfolio of well-designed, responsive emails
  • Understanding of email best practices, including dynamic content and personalization
