Key information

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to join our team as Individual Giving and Collection Development Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in fundraising for the arts.

About the role

You will play a pivotal role in supporting a range of fundraising initiatives that are central to Tate’s work and mission. Day to day, this will include providing administrative assistance around key gifts and campaigns for Tate’s collection. It will also include supporting the effective relationship management of a diverse portfolio of Tate’s highest-level individual donors across our International Council and Acquisitions Committees by processing and tracking donations, assisting with research, and supporting the planning and delivery of events, meetings and programmes.

Our jobs are like our galleries, open to all.

We’re interested in your voice—your ideas, your experience, and how you align with our values of being Open, Bold, Rigorous and Kind.

We don’t accept CVs, so please complete all sections of the form, including your education and work history. Use this space to share specific examples of what you’ve done and how you work.

Tools like ChatGPT can be useful for exploring thoughts, but we ask that the words you share with us are your own. Responses that feel overly generic or artificially generated may not reflect the individuality we value—and could affect how your application is received or result in it being rejected.

Take your time. Be honest. We’re listening.

Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual who excels in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have excellent organisational, communication and research skills, paying great attention to detail. In addition, you’ll be a positive and collaborative team member.
