About the role
- Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic food prep and equipment cleaning
- Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures
- Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a seamless service

Requirements
- Who You Are – What You’ll Bring to the Team We’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the fast-paced, rewarding world of farm-based hospitality. You don’t need formal qualifications—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn!
- No formal education required – though a high school diploma or equivalent is a bonus
- Physically fit – able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items with ease
- Detail-driven – you notice the little things and follow instructions carefully
- Kitchen-savvy – basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and hygiene practices is a plus
- Team player – great communication and a collaborative spirit are essential
