We are excited to be expanding our team to meet the growing demand for our award winning training across the Northwest. Our Lead Facilitators support the co-delivery of our trainings, working alongside Experts by Experience to ensure our training is impactful and based on real life experience
The role holder will develop, deliver and evaluate training programmes alongside lived experience experts across our Happy Smiles Training projects and training workshops, and team, within the resources and timescale provided, to ensure delivery of outputs and outcomes that meet and exceed client, customer and stakeholder requirements.
The Lead Facilitator will skilfully deliver innovative training, whilst ensuring lived experience experts feel empowered to co-deliver high quality training and projects. Supporting our dynamic training teams, you will provided line management support to lived experience trainers and work coaches, supporting the Training Manager with staff training and meetings to ensure communication always remains effective and transparent.
Working as part of the training team, the Lead Facilitator will ensure all administrative, data and evaluation processes are sought and stored in line with GDPR.
We collaborate with individuals and organisations to tackle the barriers faced by disabled people, promote positive role models, and drive societal change. You will be a skillful facilitator, able to confidently manage groups of delegates both in the training room and digitally, applying a range of learning approaches and making the best use of resources to ensure every learner acquires new knowledge and perspective on disability.
