About the role

As L and D Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for queries relating to learning and development. You will help to ensure that our learning events are run in an engaging and effective manner through providing logistical and administrative support. You will support the Learning and Development Team to deliver on strategic aims by implementing new processes, managing the learning and development experience platform, and by using your communication skills to support colleagues.

Requirements

You will bring exceptional planning and organising skills with an ability to demonstrate how you think ahead and use initiative. You will be collaborative, working with others to explore and deliver solutions. As you’ll be a super-user of our learning platform, excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills will be required, you’ll take pride in completing routine tasks efficiently and accurately. Ultimately, you’ll be an advocate for learning and development with a desire to help people learn and grow.
