You will deliver high standard, time effective and cost-effective minor Civils work on ENW assets to ensure all sites are always kept in a safe and tidy condition.

• Delivery of Minor Civil volumes including:

Door repairs

Eco plug

Fence Repairs

Fly tipping removal

Gate Repairs

Louvres Repairs

Graffiti Removal

Lock Repairs

Signage

Trenches

• Any Civil, non-civil activities required
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers
• Keep up to date and relevant industry best practices
• Ability to plan own working day to ensure work is complete efficiently
• Carry out work within SLA (7 Days Customer Complaint 14 Days Engineer Request
• Submit near misses to support company’s proactive health and safety culture
• Work with suppliers to obtain cost effective materials for jobs
• Order and maintain a stock level of materials to undertake works
• Attend initial and refresher training course to keep up to date authorisations to undertake role
• Adapting to change with planned and unplanned work activities and Customers Requests and needs
• Maintaining good relationships with customers and proactively identify and record customers in venerable situations who need support services via the Extra Care Register

• H100 Authorisation – training provided
• Emergency First Aid at Work - training provided
• All Minor Civil basic competencies - training provided
• All Substation Groundworker basic competencies
• Strimmer Course (NPTC or Lantra)
• Mower Course (NPTC or Lantra)
• Hedgecutter Course (NPTC or Lantra)
• PA1 and PA6 (NPTC)
• Be able to carry out on site risk assessments of working area (POWRA)
