The role would be based 1 day in an office and 2 days working from home (days in office to be confirmed). You would be working shifts including 1 late, 12pm to 8pm. The service is open 8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm Friday. The role will be based at our Faversham Office. This is a one-year fixed term position.

About the role

Vita Health Group and With You have a clinical partnership, bringing together over 40 years of mental health experience, to support individuals and communities across Kent and Medway. We are looking for pioneering, skilled clinicians & administrators to join us on this exciting journey and play a central role in shaping the delivery of NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression across the region.

This part-time maternity cover position is an integral part of the service and will ensure the smooth running of the NHS Talking Therapies contract. This is done by providing an effective and efficient administrative service for NHS patients, referring GP’s, healthcare professionals and ICB contacts. The role is varied and covers a range of administrative responsibilities that support the day to day operations of the service, as well as contributing to its ongoing development.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming and making outbound calls in a professional manner within agreed KPIs.
  • Processing referrals within targeted timeframe
  • Updating patient information within the record system, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
  • Monitoring and actioning treatment waitlists.
  • Monitoring and responding to enquiries via email.
  • Checking and processing letters to patients, GP’s and Healthcare professionals.
  • Ensuring patients are communicated with at the earliest opportunity for any changes to appointments including cancellations and reschedules.
  • General administration and any other ad hoc duties to contribute to the smooth running of the service.

Requirements
