As part of ForFutures, our Housing Management Contract team, you’ll work alongside customers living in supported accommodation, ensuring a positive customer experience.
About the role
What you'll be doing:
- Providing on-site assurance and reactive support to customers in supported accommodation
- Dealing with challenging behaviour from customers
- Managing scheme “protocols”, such as visitor policies
- Working within health and safety guidelines
- Building checks and light domestic duties
- Working within safeguarding guidelines

Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Awareness of safeguarding
- Confidence and assertiveness, with great communications skills
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Awareness of homelessness legislation and practices
