This is a thrilling opportunity for a visionary programme leader from the performing arts space with experience leading creative activities for young people to join our iconic and boundary-pushing organisation.

Imagine the impact of your work as you empower young people to discover their voice, hone their craft, and step confidently into the spotlight. Additionally, you will:

  • Manage budgets, evaluation frameworks, and safeguarding practices
