As a Project Coordinator within our Translation Team, you will provide essential support to ensure projects run smoothly and meet client expectations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and eager to learn. 

About the role

  • Complete team and client administration tasks accurately and on time.
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
  • Manage allocated projects end to end with strong attention to detail and on-time delivery.
  • Work to tight deadlines while managing your workload effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing. You will have frequent written and verbal communication with clients and key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
