Key information
We're seeking a Stores operative to join our expert team at Northwood.
Working within the Logistics Dept , delivering Mail and Scanning, Site Services and Stores services to meet the contractual requirements of a key MoD contract in Northwood
About the role
- The Stores person will receive, issue and deliver items of stores in a courteous and professional manner.
- Account for items of stores on the MOD system.
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of all areas in the Stores Complex.
- Driving a variety of vehicles within the Stores pool, ranging from cars, lorries, forklifts and Powerflex Sweepers. Complete first daily inspections on all vehicles.
- Maintain the outward appearance and cleanliness of the Northwood Headquarters.

Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Forklift Licence Holder
- A good sound knowledge of stores accounting procedures.
- Good Health and Safety knowledge and attention to detail.
- Driving Experience
