As part of our Assets and Sustainability team, you’ll ensure our key delivery partners comply with our tenant liaison process, so that tenants are engaged in investment activity.

About the role
- Capturing customer and stakeholder information from a range of sources.
- Undertaking property visits to tenants’ homes, to gather information and deal with enquiries.
- Developing methods of obtaining tenant feedback and producing statistics for informing our investment strategy.
- Carrying out general administrative duties.

Requirements
- Experience of working in a customer-facing environment.
- Experience in housing or construction would be beneficial.
- Great communications skills.
- Knowledge of the support needs of vulnerable people.
