Key information

We want to celebrate the art of the past and present in its complexity and diversity, supporting artistic risktaking and deep scholarship. This will be shared with all our audiences: in our buildings, in exhibitions we tour, through works we loan and across our digital platforms

About the role

We are looking for an experienced learning professional to lead and deliver our Early Years and Families programme, engaging children, families, and intergenerational audiences through creative, inclusive experiences with art across Tate Modern and Tate Britain.

This maternity cover role will provide continuity for a well-established programme within the Learning department. You will lead a small team, working closely with Curatorial, Visitor Experience, and Audiences to ensure the smooth delivery of activities and maintain Tate’s ambitious cross-site programme including UNIQLO Tate Play.

Requirements

You will be an excellent communicator and collaborator, skilled at managing teams, programmes, and artist commissions, with experience delivering family-focused learning in public or cultural settings.
