The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of service delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance across a variety of commercial sites. This is a field-based role requiring travel between sites, with a focus on operational efficiency and team leadership.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple commercial sites in London.
• Manage, support, and motivate cleaning teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, conducting regular site visits and audits.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas, recruitment, and training across all sites.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Report on performance metrics and operational issues to senior management.
• Proactively resolve issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper equipment maintenance.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial cleaning management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple contracts or sites simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• DBS clearance or ability to pass a DBS check.
• Flexible, proactive, and client-focused approach.
