Key information

In this role, you'll be responsible for daily operations during your duty shifts, supporting your team to deliver excellent guest and owner service, while also contributing to wider commercial outcomes by ensuring retail standards, stock levels, and revenue objectives are met.

About the role

  • Lead and support the team during shifts, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation across all retail outlets.
  • Deliver excellent guest experiences by resolving queries or concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Enhance retail performance by maintaining strong stock control, merchandising standards, and revenue awareness.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, supporting their development and motivation.
  • Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards during your shift.
  • Work closely with the wider leadership team to meet business and revenue goals.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members, promoting a positive team culture.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Supervisor, Duty Manager, or similar leadership role within a retail, supermarket, or hospitality setting.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid organisational skills with attention to detail, especially around stock and displays.
  • Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
