We’ll equip you with all the skills and knowledge you need to shine, from mastering safety procedures and learning the art of selling, to diving deep into our exciting lineup of events.
If you’re eager to grow, learn, and be part of a warm, welcoming team, come join us and let’s create memorable experiences together.
We are Europe’s largest arts centre and the UK’s fifth most visited attraction, occupying an 11-acre site that sits in the midst of London’s most vibrant cultural quarter on the South Bank of the Thames. Our focus, as a charity, is to remain innovative, bold and experimental in what we do and to be highly relevant to the artists we want to work with and to the audiences we want to attract as well as to our current and future employees. We remain committed to creating a place where as many people as possible can come together to experience bold, unusual, entertaining and eye-opening work.
We present work for everyone and we welcome applications from everyone. By attracting people to work for us from a broad range of backgrounds with diverse attitudes, opinions and beliefs, we can continue to look at the world with fresh eyes and find new ways of doing things.
We're on the lookout for passionate, enthusiastic people who want to create an unforgettable, joyful experience for our audiences.
As a Visitor Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our venue, greeting visitors with genuine warmth and making everyone feel right at home. Whether it’s at dazzling concerts, thought-provoking exhibitions, or lively community events, your smile and proactive spirit will light up every moment.
Your role will be as dynamic as our events: from checking tickets, selling ice creams and merchandise, to guiding visitors across our site, and ensuring our artworks are safe and sound. You’ll be the go-to person helping people find their way, get involved, and have an amazing time.
If you love people, give great customer service, and want to be part of something truly special, this is the place for you!
We will be interviewing for this role as suitable applications are received and may close this role before the closing date upon a successful candidate being appointed.
