About the role
Ready to take your first step into property? Applications are open until 31 January 2026.
We welcome students ideally in their penultimate year or above (including postgraduates). Whilst we encourage applicants studying RICS or RTPI accredited degrees, we’re also open to students from other disciplines who are curious and eager to learn more about a career in property.
Where can you join us?
Our internships are available across a range of teams – Commercial (includes valuations, property asset management, land and tenant and building surveying), Rural, Infrastructure, Residential (sales and lettings), and Planning and Development - across our network of offices including our London Head Office as well as regional offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Harrogate, Leeds, Manchester, Northampton, Oxford, Shrewsbury, Warrington, Winchester, and York.
Requirements
- Hardworking, motivated students (ideally in second or third year)
- Passion for real estate and enthusiasm to learn
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Team players who are proactive and reliable
