We’re a market leader in the pharmacy world, with 25 years’ experience, helping over 1.6 million patients in England manage their NHS prescriptions from request through to delivery.  We are Great Place to Work certified as we consider colleague experience a top priority every day.

About the role

As an accredited Accuracy Checking Technician supporting our Digital Health Services division, you will play an essential role in providing effective administrative support for completing DMS (Discharge Medication Service) stage 2 and 3 for our patients.

You’ll work closely with pharmacy teams and cross-functional departments to uphold high quality standards, support day-to-day clinical operations, and contribute to a workplace culture that is inclusive, collaborative, and purpose-driven.

Who are we looking for?

  • An accredited Accuracy Checking Technician registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Someone with strong communication skills (verbal and written), who is numerate, IT literate, and confident using systems such as Excel.
  • A professional with experience in pharmacy (community or online), able to work accurately in a busy environment and meet deadlines while following company and ethical standards.
  • A team player who can also work independently, showing initiative, proactivity, and drive in their role.
  • An individual who demonstrates patient‑focused customer service, ensuring care and accuracy in everything they do, with knowledge of DMS stages 2 and 3 desirable.
  • Someone who can prioritise and organise workload effectively, maintaining a high level of accuracy and contributing to team and business goals.
  • A person who embodies our core values: purposeful, ambitious, trusted, inventive, excellent, nurturing, and team‑focused — helping to create a workplace that is inclusive, collaborative, and positive.

We will be interviewing for this role as suitable applications are received and may close this role before the closing date upon a successful candidate being appointed.
