About the role

  • Provide a professional, efficient and high quality service to customers of Your Trust
  • Be the face of the Water Activity and Woodland Adventure Centre by meeting, greeting and assisting visitors to enable them to access the activity or service they’re interested in.

Requirements

  • One or more relevant instructional qualification(s) in any of the following activities – Sailing, Kayaking or Canoeing, Windsurfing, Climbing, Mountain Biking, Archery
  • Experience of working with members of the public
  • Proven ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders, partners and members of the public
  • Ability to use own initiative and think commercially to support the development of the service
  • Willing and able to work outdoors
  • Knowledge and commercial awareness of outdoor adventure activities opportunities
  • Ability to co-ordinate tasks to deliver activities and events smoothly
  • Working knowledge of health and safety within an activity or event setting
  • Excellent communication; both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills
