Requirements

Knowledge and experience

Essential

  • Strong understanding of disability issues and advocacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in using digital tools for community engagement.

Desirable

  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Background in fundraising or event planning.
  • Knowledge of regional government structures and devolved authorities.

Skills and competencies

Essential

  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational, administrative and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable

  • Proficiency in social media and PR strategies.
