Key information

The digital ambition is that by 2033, we will have radically reformed all BFI services by making them easy to use and widely available online, reaching more people, delivering more of our cultural programme digitally and empowering our own people 

We’re seeking an experienced Associate Content and Product Owner who can work closely with BFI teams to manage the product and content roadmap for the BFI intranet. You will be managing the intranet content steering group to ensure content is well planned for, relevant , accurate and regularly reviewed. Through monitoring and evaluating the use of the intranet, the insights will be  used to improve staff experience. 

About the role

  • Work collaboratively with our third-party supplier (Agento) to maintain the intranet product. 
  • Act as the main point of contact for the BFI intranet, ensuring content ownership and governance is established and standards are consistently maintained. 
  • Review, evaluate and communicate outcomes consistently and effectively as part of wider Technology and Digital Transformation governance. 
  • Review analytics and use insight and feedback to continuously improve the content 
  • Promote and support diversity and inclusion in all activities

Requirements

  • Experience of managing an intranet product and the development of a content strategy and governance. 
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of WordPress. 
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of agile methodologies 
  • Self-motivated and collaborative with the ability to work both alone and as part of project teams. 
  • Comfortable with uncertainty, speculation and problem-solving. 
  • Strong understanding of technology and familiarity with the software development process.
