• Smooth and efficient day to day operations ensuring system compliance.
• Flexibility and familiarity across catering areas and operation at Sadlers Well’s East.
• Ensure Health and Safety and Food Safety are adhered to ensure compliance.
• Ensure cleanliness of all catering areas is maintained and all relevant records are completed.
• Capability to restock and keeping all areas well presented and fit for purpose.
• Good understanding of till system to ensure speed of service.
