Key information

Based at Time Square in Bracknell, you will be part of a collaborative Adult Social Care service, working closely with teams across the directorate. The service is supportive, fast paced and committed to improving outcomes through timely, accurate insight.

You will play a key role in coordinating and analysing data, using Power BI reporting to provide clear, accessible performance information that supports operational leads to monitor performance and make informed decisions.

The role includes an expectation to work from our Time Square office two days per week, alongside flexible working arrangements.

About the role

  • Lead on the creation and delivery of training programs to upskill colleagues in data analysis, visualisation and interpretation.
  • Develop and maintain high quality, accessible data outputs that meet business needs and support strategic decision making.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data processes, reporting mechanisms and analytical capabilities.
  • Track people through the Intermediate Care Service.
  • Supply accurate business intelligence and reporting to support the development of services.

Requirements

  • Have five General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSEs) at Grade C or Grade Four and above or equivalent including Maths and English.
  • Understanding of and commitment to the requirements of safeguarding children, young people, vulnerable adults and promoting their welfare.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Have strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to turn complex data into clear, meaningful information.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel software and be able to demonstrate your ability to work with spreadsheets, charts and Power BI.
  • All successful candidates for this role will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check as part of our pre employment checks process.
