Key information

As the Café Team Leader at Sadler's Wells, you will be responsible for supervising our café operations, ensuring we have a motivated, well trained team to deliver excellent quality standards.

The rota is based on daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holiday working.

About the role

  • Ensure the cafe is fully ready for trading.
  • Ensure quality and consistency of products and presentation to agreed standards.
  • Conduct staff briefings.
  • Efficiently supervise staff to ensure smooth operations providing excellent and timely customer service.
  • Feedback on staff performance.
  • Provide training for all staff on coffee etiquette and to assist with other training.
  • Conduct stock rotation, taking and removing wastage correctly.
