We’re always on the look out for talented and enthusiastic Ground Maintenance Operatives to join our fun, customer focused team.

As a grounds operative, you'll carry out a high standard of grounds work. This’ll include grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance and weeding to make our communal grounds areas more attractive for our customers!  

You’ll need a full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) to be able to drive one of our vans when needed. You’ll need to have good knowledge and experience in this field of work. And have the skills to operate a variety of equipment, machines and materials that you'll use on a daily basis.

• Assist with delivering a consistent grounds maintenance service to all sites efficiently and effectively.
• Purchase goods, including materials, uniform, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and sundries in line with our procedures.
• Increase your contribution to the business, by developing your skills and keeping your qualifications up to date.
• Complete electronic records for all of the tasks and activities you’re involved in, when the Team Leader is absent.
• Take care of your own safety and that of others who may be affected by what you do (or do not do).
