Key information

We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Change Officer to support the delivery of change initiatives across the organisation. This entry level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in change management, transformation, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Change Makers to help plan, coordinate, and monitor projects that drive strategic and operational change.

About the role

  • Assist in the delivery of change and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops, communications, and feedback sessions. 
  • Help document business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support implementation of changes. 
  • Maintain project documentation including plans, risk logs, action trackers, and reports. 
  • Conduct basic data analysis to support decision making and performance tracking. 
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of change initiatives. 
  • Support the development of training materials and communications for change rollouts. 
  • Contribute to post implementation reviews and lessons learned exercises.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication. 
  • Proactive, detail oriented, and adaptable. 
  • Comfortable using tools such as: Microsoft Office, Planner, Teams, SharePoint. 
  • Interest in change management and transformation.
