As Assistant Charity Shop Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, championing customer service, teamwork, and sales strategies. Your enthusiasm and motivation will inspire both volunteers and customers alike, helping the shop thrive as a hub of community and charitable giving.

Requirements

  • Design and maintain an inviting shop layout to maximize sales opportunities and create a positive customer experience.
  • Manage stock rotation and pricing, ensuring alignment with charity guidelines to optimize sales performance.
  • Actively promote the Gift Aid program, encouraging supporters to contribute to the charity’s goals.
  • Lead and support the shop team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Motivate and engage shop volunteers, fostering teamwork and dedication.
  • Perform daily banking routines with accuracy and care.
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels and shop supplies to meet operational needs.
  • Serve as a local ambassador by promoting charity events and raising community awareness.
