Key information

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual to be our next Commercial Business Partner to coordinate relationships with our materials suppliers, supporting the management of waste services, and related contracts.

About the role

  • Coordinate day-to-day activity with materials suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Maintain updated supplier documentation, pricing information and catalogues.
  • Support the administration of materials supply contracts and ensure compliance with approved suppliers and frameworks.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators across materials supply, waste services, subcontractor activity, and other contract areas.
  • Prepare performance summaries and reporting data for the Service Delivery Manager – Commercial.
  • Act as a point of contact for routine supplier enquiries regarding materials, waste services, and framework suppliers.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who can bring:

  • Experience in procurement, materials coordination, supply chain, or contract administration.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confidence raising purchase orders and working with purchasing or financial systems.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders.
  • The ability to interpret Key Performance Indicators, performance data and supplier information to support decision‑making.
