(37.5 hours Monday to Friday, we work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 9:30am to 4pm, you can work around these to suit you)
Leeds, LS15 8GB. We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2 to 3 days a week, after completion of training

About the role

As a Commercial Management Accountant, you will play a key role in determining and analysing direct variable costs and overheads with robust processes and business partnering with key stakeholders and budget holders across the business, forecasting cost behaviour throughout the month in real-time, offering valuable commentary on financial performance and making appropriate recommendations to drive profitability. 

Your role will support the Senior Commercial Accountant and Finance Director to manage the increasing demands of a growing, ambitious and data-driven company and deliver ad-hoc request for scoping and modelling costs associated with new projects.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • Qualified or part qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA or demonstrable QBE
  • Advanced or fluent Excel skills
  • Communicating financial information to a range of stakeholders
  • Commercially driven with the ability to guide and support strategic decision-making through analysing data
  • Performing in a high-pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines
  • Working within company and ethical rules and regulations
  • Manipulating and analysing large data sets
  • Communicating financial information to a range of stakeholders
