Key information

We are currently looking for a Communications Assistant to join our Marketing and Communications team on a full time fixed term contract 03 November 2026.

About the role

  • General administrative support to the Press and External Affairs team 
  • Handling enquiries from journalists when they request or are offered tickets for events
  • Manage Press ticket allocations liaising with the media, Ticketing Team and Event Managers 
  • Monitoring the busy Press inbox and responding to image request enquiries 
  • Supporting the Communications and External Affairs Manager with drafting content for the company LinkedIn page 
  • Supporting with guest list management and invites for Press, External Affairs and other key events
