We are seeking a proactive Community Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic Rapport team in the heart of Central London.

As a Community Coordinator you will take the lead on delivering high quality first-to-last our clients and visitor’s interactions. To provide and promote the highest level of customer care and service to all guests, clients and other service providers ensuring their experience with us is best in class with your commitment to Excellence by Designs standards. Your composure in all situations and your problem-solving nature will represent the brand time and time again to our clients and visitors.

This role involves managing visitor flow and meeting room operations, and providing AV (audio-visual) support, supporting on-site engagement, and collaborating closely with the client to create a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

About the role

  • Welcome guests warmly, assist with check-in, and ensure a seamless visitor experience.
  • Manage meeting room and event bookings, setting up spaces per client needs.
  • Handle emails, phone inquiries, post, and parcel management efficiently.
  • Support office administration and ordering supplies.
  • Conduct regular building checks, report maintenance issues, and ensure a well-presented environment.
  • Assist with client events, engagement activities, and troubleshooting IT or facilities issues.

Requirements

  • Ideally, have at least one year of customer-facing experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment.
  • Have a positive, outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Be proactive, flexible, and adaptable, with great attention to detail and ambition to learn and grow.
  • Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Be computer literate, with excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with a professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage own workload.
  • Enjoy planning activities and events for clients.
