As Community Engagement Co-ordinator, you will develop and deliver our community engagement priorities across Moseley Old Hall and Wightwick Manor and Gardens. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, partners and communities to ensure our work is shaped by local voices and delivers meaningful public benefit. This is a dynamic and impactful role, helping us connect more people with nature, heritage and place.

You will be required to work weekends and bank holidays on a rolling basis, and there will likely be some evening work.

You will take a people first approach, putting the needs and voices of communities at the heart of our plans. You will build trusted relationships, develop partnerships, and support colleagues to work more collaboratively with communities. You will champion inclusive engagement, remove barriers to access, and test new approaches to participation. Your work will help shape how the National Trust delivers public benefit and inspires civic action.

Based at Moseley Old Hall but working across both Moseley Old Hall and Wightwick Manor, you will help deliver different approaches to community dependent on their ambitions and needs. You will be part of a team of Community Engagement Co-ordinators in the portfolio, and work closely with the Ranger team and Visitor Experience team, alongside property staff and volunteers.

You will be part of a Duty Management rota. You will be responsible on the day for the smooth running of the property during opening hours, acting as the main contact point for staff, volunteers, and customers in case of emergency, enquiry or complaint.
