About the role
You will be working within the people we support homes daily and then going on to support another person after you have finished their 1-2-1 support.
Typical shifts are between 0900-1700, 1000-1800, and 1200-2100 Monday to Friday although some weekends may also be needed depending on the need of the people you support.
Will be working with multiple people each day supporting them with their daily living skills and being as independent as possible within there home within Leighton Buzzard.
Requirements

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
