This role is a fixed term contract providing maternity cover for fourteen months.

• Lead controls improvement projects, ensuring coordination and consistency across regions.
• Play a key role in controls, monitoring compliance and driving continuous improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the finance department to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and deliver cost savings.
• Oversee compliance with reporting frameworks and controls, ensuring key financial processes such as balance sheet reconciliations, reviews, and inventory counts are completed effectively.

• Experience with financial controls and governance frameworks.
• AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) part qualified or fully qualified.
• Educated to A Level standard or equivalent relevant experience.
