About the role

You’ll play a vital part in keeping the organisation running smoothly through tasks such as:

  • Managing shared team mailboxes and SLT post
  • Coordinating diaries and schedules
  • Supporting internal audit programmes
  • Planning and administering SLT and OLT events and activities
  • Managing corporate subscriptions
  • Processing POs, invoices and credit card reconciliations

You’ll also be the backbone of key corporate functions, helping ensure our Business Continuity Framework, insurance portfolio, and company secretarial duties remain accurate, compliant and up to date.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their administrative skill set in a role where your work genuinely contributes to making a difference for our customers.

We want you, to be you

We welcome applications from a diverse range of talented individuals who can help us reach this goal.

We are proud to be a Disability Confident Leader.  We guarantee that any individual with a disability, a member of the LGBTQ+ community or those from an underrepresented Ethnic group, will get an interview if they match the minimum essential criteria for the role.

We want you to have every opportunity to showcase your talents so please let us know if there is anything we can do to make the recruitment process work for you (adjustments due to a disability such as dyslexia, times of the day to avoid due to childcare or caring responsibilities to name a few).

You’ll bring previous administrative experience and strong organisational skills, combined with a positive, can‑do attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.

You have excellent attention to detail, communicate confidently, and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.

Thriving in a fast‑paced environment, you appreciate the importance of flexibility and are always ready to step in and support where needed.

We review applications when received, so we may close the vacancy early if we find that perfect candidate. If the role takes your interest, then apply now!
