We are recruiting for a CRM Assistant.

About the role

  • Working in a fast-paced customer centric team, you will support a performance focused CRM strategy to engage and encourage customers to respond and convert, driving loyalty, profitability and lifetime value.
  • You will support the day-to-day delivery of the CRM strategy, working closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
  • You will support on end-to-end campaigns from briefing to sending across email, push, SMS and paper, always following industry best practise.
  • As the customer champion, you will use customer insight and data to deliver focused campaigns that encourage customers to engage and convert, driving loyalty, profitability and lifetime value.
  • You will implement new ideas and testing to optimise channel growth and performance in line with KPIs and benchmarks.

A day in the life of a CRM Assistant 

  • Deliver multi-channel campaigns across Email, Push, SMS, Paper and more
  • Use customer segmentation, targeting and testing to improve key metrics such as open rates, click through, conversion and ROI
  • Maintain customer lifecycle programmes such as Welcome, Winback, Re-engage
  • Maintain automated behavioural programmes such as Abandoned Bag
  • Drive customer loyalty through schemes and key moments
  • Work collaboratively with other departments such as Creative, Trade, Product & Data
  • Develop understanding of customer behaviour and drivers to increase order frequency and reactivate lapsing customers

We don’t have strict working hours therefore there is some flexibility around start and finish times as long as you are meeting the needs of the business.
