- Working in a fast-paced customer centric team, you will support a performance focused CRM strategy to engage and encourage customers to respond and convert, driving loyalty, profitability and lifetime value.
- You will support the day-to-day delivery of the CRM strategy, working closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
- You will support on end-to-end campaigns from briefing to sending across email, push, SMS and paper, always following industry best practise.
- As the customer champion, you will use customer insight and data to deliver focused campaigns that encourage customers to engage and convert, driving loyalty, profitability and lifetime value.
- You will implement new ideas and testing to optimise channel growth and performance in line with KPIs and benchmarks.
A day in the life of a CRM Assistant
- Deliver multi-channel campaigns across Email, Push, SMS, Paper and more
- Use customer segmentation, targeting and testing to improve key metrics such as open rates, click through, conversion and ROI
- Maintain customer lifecycle programmes such as Welcome, Winback, Re-engage
- Maintain automated behavioural programmes such as Abandoned Bag
- Drive customer loyalty through schemes and key moments
- Work collaboratively with other departments such as Creative, Trade, Product & Data
- Develop understanding of customer behaviour and drivers to increase order frequency and reactivate lapsing customers
