The Brent Cross Management team has overall responsibility for the operation and management of Brent Cross and is committed to ensuring that it is the best retail destination in North London.
The Occupier and Customer Service Team plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, responsive, and well-connected experience for all occupiers, visitors, and stakeholders at the centre. Together, the team ensures that all enquiries are handled efficiently, occupiers feel supported, and the centre maintains strong community connections and clear communication.
This role will support the team to help to create Brent Cross as an incredible place for people to visit. We expect the successful individual to develop a deep understanding of their immediate working environment over the course of the 6-month placement. This will involve meeting and developing relationships with numerous stakeholders within our immediate and wider community (occupiers/tenants, customers, community groups, charities, etc). Our ultimate aim is to provide everyone with exceptional operational, commercial and customer services.
The role will have a particular focus on supporting our Social Value commitment which will involve engaging and working with local charity and community groups on how Brent Cross may be able to support them and vice versa. And working closely with our Customer
