This is a full time fixed term contract for twelve months working at our Head Office in Bradford.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our tenants based at our Bradford Customer Service Contact Centre.
You will be required to take incoming calls from our tenants, diagnose repairs, liaising with contractors, keeping tenants up to date, making outbound call to improve the overall service levels and will be committed to Habinteg’s inclusive housing mission.
