We are looking for a Data Analyst to join us and help drive business value by delivering insights and recommendations which lead to data-driven decisions. You will be part of an international, collaborative team focused on the delivery of high quality, high impact work.
In this role you will mainly carry out in-depth analytics projects, identified through a combination of stakeholder engagement and your own initiative, ranging from customer segmentation to finding opportunities in CRM performance improvement to identifying key early indicators of declining performance in long running shows. Additionally, you will coordinate with data scientists to conduct incrementality tests and analysis which will measure the efficacy of model interventions.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to be part of an expanding analytics and data science function where your work has a direct impact on business outcomes. If you’re excited about live entertainment and data analytics, we’d love to hear from you.
We are a Disability Confident Committed Employer, which means that we are taking action to ensure that people with disabilities and long-term health conditions feel supported, engaged and able to fulfil their potential in the workplace. We will offer an interview or recruitment event to disabled candidates who tell us they wish to participate in the scheme and who demonstrate in their application that they best meet the essential criteria for the role. Where we receive more applications than we are reasonably able to interview for any given role, we will retain applications for the next available interview opportunity wherever possible.

We welcome transferable skills from other industries. If you can demonstrate many of the essential skills, qualities and experience we encourage you to apply.
