We’re excited to open applications for our 2026 Apprenticeship Programme, starting in September. This is your opportunity to build a meaningful career where your work contributes to healthier, greener, and more inclusive places for people to thrive.
Our apprenticeship programme is a great opportunity to study towards a college or university qualification while putting everything you have learnt into action through on-the-job training. You will have the support of mentors who care about your growth, and you will establish a career where you will develop the technical and interpersonal skills to help you succeed and make a lasting impact.
Working as part of our building services team, working on a Data Centre project, we are now looking for enthusiastic Degree Apprentice MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health) Project Engineers to join our 2026 development programme and help us shape the future.
We value diversity and strive to create inclusive teams — we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and protected characteristics and believe different perspectives make us stronger.
Please ask about flexibility at interview and we will explore what is possible for the role. If you need adjustments during the recruitment process, please contact emerging.talent@skanska.co.uk so we can support you.
