Key information

As Delivery Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the device donation programme. Over the next 12 months, the programme will provide up to 4,000 laptops, tablets and data to children, young people and families who have disabilities or long-term illnesses.

About the role

  • Monitor device and data nominations submitted via Microsoft Forms and Excel.
  • Log and manage nominations on the Driving Digital Inclusion Programme Distribution Management System.
  • Prepare devices and data for distribution and delivery.
  • Co-ordinate, schedule, and arrange device and data deliveries in line with agreed timelines.
  • Liaise with recipients to confirm delivery details.
  • Keep accurate records of device and data allocations and deliveries.
  • Track progress across nominations, distribution and delivery.
  • Produce simple reports and data summaries for internal teams and partners.

Requirements

  • Experience using Microsoft (Microsoft Forms / Excel / Outlook / Teams)
  • Strong data entry skills and detail-oriented (high attention to accuracy)
  • Comfortable learning and using internal systems (Distribution Management System)
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Great organisation skills (to manage the different stages of the distribution process and different organisations)
