Key information

Data, Analysis and Information Management roles focus on using information and evidence to support decision making and compliance. Interns may work in analytical, information governance or records management teams.

The internship will run for eight weeks with the expected start date of 1st February 2027 subject to the successful completion of security and onboarding checks.

Successful applicants will be matched to an internship role based on a range of factors, including location preferences, skills and experience. We cannot guarantee placement within a specific team or business area.

Requirements

  • Enjoy working with information.
  • Have good attention to detail.
  • Like solving problems using facts and evidence.
  • Be aged eighteen to twenty five on 1st February 2027.
  • Be autistic.
  • Have the right to work in the UK and meet the requirements of the Civil Service
    Nationality Rules.
  • Are interested in a career within the Civil Service, the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), or the business area they are applying for.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Can work positively with people in a variety of roles.
