This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a vital part in making sure our depot environment supports our operatives to do their jobs safely and efficiently, from managing deliveries and waste, to maintaining roadways, equipment and compliance standards.

• Maintain a safe, clean and compliant depot yard and stores area, supporting operatives to work efficiently
• Receive, record and safely store deliveries, coordinating waste collections across all waste streams
• Carry out health and safety and compliance checks, including legionella testing, fire alarms, emergency lighting and PAT testing
• Operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment and specialist plant, including forklifts and tractors
• Monitor stock, equipment and consumables, reordering where needed and supporting vehicle and ladder safety checks

Your weekly hours of work would be 37, Monday to Thurs 8:00am till 4:00pm, Fri 8:00am till 3:30pm with 30 minutes break for lunch break, paid monthly. You'll also get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and concessionary days holiday at Christmas.
