We're looking for an experienced, proactive administrator.

Early Help Service Administrator will work within 2 services: 
 
Autism: Delivery of the Autism programme to parent / carers and children and young people to enhance skills and abilities.

Yardley and Hodge Hill: The aim of the provision is to build capacity within local communities to ensure that children, young people and families have access to the right support at the right time before issues and concerns escalate.

About the role

  • Accurately input and maintain a large amount of service user data across systems and trackers, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
  • Process a large amount incoming referrals received from across Birmingham from multiple sources, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across systems, and following up on any missing or unclear data as required.
  • Update systems and trackers promptly to reflect closures, status changes, and progress notes.
  • Run reports and collate data to support quarterly contract monitoring and performance reporting. Ability to analyse data and provide more effective ways of working.
  • Provide flexible staff support, assisting with day-to-day operational tasks and sharing information as required.

Requirements

  • Well-developed numeracy and literacy skills at a level which will enable post holder to perform moderately difficult calculations and produce reports. 
  • Proven substantial office experience.
  • Proven substantial experience of using IT packages including word processing, spread sheets, databases, Windows applications.
  • Experience of operating financial systems including petty cash, budget monitoring and control.
  • Experience of premises / facilities management.
  • Experience of dealing with members of the public and other agencies.
  • Numerate, accurate, methodical and analytical.
  • Able to manage the workload appropriately, demonstrating efficiency and reliability, including meeting deadlines.
