Launch your Chemistry career with our 16-month Science & Engineering Graduate Programme. You’ll rotate through hands-on placements across the nuclear lifecycle, gaining technical expertise, industry insight and support from experienced mentors.

Commercial

Join our Commercial Graduate Programme and dive into a two-year journey through digital strategy, trading and market analysis. You’ll lead real projects, collaborate with experts and help deliver low-carbon solutions that support Britain’s net zero goals.

Data and Tech

Over the course of two years, you’ll explore data science, software engineering and cloud innovation. Guided by our experts, you’ll create solutions that help customers make smarter energy choices and support digital transformation across the business.

Design Engineering EPR-E

Step into the heart of nuclear innovation with our 18-month Design Engineering EPRE Graduate Programme. You will gain hands-on experience across reactor protection systems, process automation and equipment design, with exciting potential international placements in France.

Electrical Engineering

Join our 16-month Electrical Science and Engineering Engineering Graduate Programme. You’ll benefit from tailored training, rotate through placements across our nuclear new build sites, gaining experience in system design, commissioning, and compliance.

Human Factors Engineering 

Join this two-year Science & Engineering programme offering placements across Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater and Aztec West. You’ll rotate through placements across our new build sites, central teams and operating stations, gaining experience in safety case development and human performance.

Instrumentation and Control Engineering

Gain real-world experience and refine your technical expertise through our 16-month Science & Engineering training programme. From day one, you’ll help drive innovation at Hinkley Point C by delivering the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency and engineering excellence.

Materials Engineering 

This 16-month Science & Engineering training programme puts you at the heart of nuclear innovation, where the smallest details make the biggest difference. Work alongside industry experts, contribute to high-impact projects, and shape the materials that power the UK’s low-carbon future.

Maths Engineering 

This 16-month Science & Engineering training programme is designed for curious minds ready to apply analytical thinking to real-world engineering challenges. Whether it’s finite element analysis or fuel performance modelling, you’ll contribute to projects that help solve some of the most complex problems in the UK’s energy landscape.

Mechanical Engineering 

Over 16 months, you’ll rotate through tailored Science & Engineering placements designed to build your technical expertise, broaden your industry insight, and connect you with the people and projects shaping the future of energy. You’ll build practical skills and broad expertise to support your career in engineering.

Nuclear Security and Cyber

During this placement, you will have a unique chance to gain hands-on experience protecting the UK’s energy infrastructure. With tailored training and expert mentoring, you will build your technical capability and leadership skills while actively supporting regulatory compliance and resilience across critical systems.

Supply Chain

Our two-year Supply Chain development programme offering dynamic rotations across Nuclear New Build sites and operating stations. You will build expertise in contract management, cost forecasting, supplier development and strategic sourcing - all while working towards a fully funded and industry-recognised CIPS Level 4 Diploma.
