The Employer Engagement Lead will be responsible for developing relationships with employers and creating new employment opportunities for people supported by EmployAble.

This is a relationship-driven and outward-facing role. You will identify potential employers, open doors, understand their business and recruitment needs, and develop relationships that lead to genuine employment opportunities.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience of building relationships and creating opportunities. This may have been gained in one or more of the following areas:

• Sales or business development
• Recruitment
• Account management
• Employer engagement
• Partnerships
• Customer relationship management
• Corporate or community engagement
• Employment services
• Another role involving significant external relationship-building
• Previous experience of working with people with learning disabilities or autistic people is desirable but not essential
