You start with the person – Their interests. Their strengths. Their ambitions. Their motivation. And then you work out what is possible.

You work creatively with employer partners to identify opportunities within vacant roles which match the candidates’ talents. 

Once a match is agreed, the final piece is to support the new employee’s induction, training and ongoing supervision to ensure safe, successful and sustainable employment.

A person who is passionate about the employment vision for autistic adults and those with disabilities and will advocate proudly for those needing support and the cause in general. Someone, who understands autsim and learning disabilities and will be able to  think laterally and creatively and to enthusiastically seek out suitable job opportunities.
