We are excited to welcome experienced Support Workers to join our supported living homes in Bicester.

About the role

As a Support Worker, you’ll help people live fuller, more independent lives by:

  • Supporting daily routines from morning to bedtime
  • Planning and enjoying person‑centred activities — walks, shopping and trips out
  • Building trusted, respectful relationships that support confidence and wellbeing
  • Keeping clear and accurate records
  • Working closely with colleagues and professionals

This is a role where building strong relationships is just as important as providing practical support.

About the Home

You’ll be supporting six young adults in their own homes, helping individuals with a range of complex needs, including:

  • Autism
  • Learning disabilities
  • Mental health conditions
  • Physical disabilities
  • Behaviours that may challenge

  • Jess* enjoys music, arts and crafts, LEGO, and visiting farms. She’s a huge fan of Thomas the Tank Engine and knows everything about him!
  • Joe* loves football (especially Ronaldo), shopping trips to Oxford, exploring world cuisines on YouTube and sharing his brilliant cooking skills with the team.

Requirements

This is a physical, hands‑on role, and to succeed you’ll have:

• Good spoken and written English
• A full UK manual driving licence
• The right to live and work in the UK
• A practical, active approach to work, with the ability to support people throughout the day
• A caring, positive and resilient mindset
