(37.5 hours per week, 7:30am to 3pm and 2:30pm to 10pm, you must be flexible and able to work weekends and a mix of early shifts and late shifts)

Key information

Supported living services for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities. Some of the individuals who we support may also present challenging behaviour.

Day Shifts: 7:30am to 3pm and 2:30pm to 10pm.

You must be flexible and able to work weekends and a mix of early shifts and late shifts.

About the role

  • Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
  • Assisting people to achieve daily goals and daily activities
  • Assisting with the development of person centred plans
  • This includes employment, education and other opportunities
  • Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments 
  • Providing personal care where needed
  • Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development

Requirements

  • Must have experience supporting those with Autism
  • We need individuals with strong values, energetic and who have a real passion to enable the individuals we support the ongoing opportunities to achieve their goals.
